In this Delicious And Easy Cheese Ball Recipe, I show you how I make a Cheese Ball that is easy and very delicious. This is a recipe that was given to me by an old friend years ago.
Cheese Ball Recipe:
1 1/2 lbs of Corned Beef
Two 8 oz packages of cream cheese ( I used 1/3 less fat).
1 tsp Accent
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce --I use French's.
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder I use McCormick.
1/2 of a regular onion can use more if you like.
SOMETIMES I PUT MORE OF THE ACCENT, GARLIC POWDER AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE THAN THE RECIPE CALLS FOR. ADJUST TO YOUR TASTE. Enjoy. :)
Directions:
Chop 1 1/2 lbs of corned beef set aside the other 1/2 of a pound to roll cheese ball in later.
Chop onion
In large mixing bowl put 1 lb corned beef, cream cheese, accent, worcestershire sause, garlic powder and onion. Mix thoroughly then cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Next roll cheese ball in remaining 1/2 lb of corned beef. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
