This super easy recipe is
This super easy recipe is not only gluten free but also vegan, its great as a snack or even as a starter.
For the Bhaji you will need:
2x onions
1x green chillin (optional)
100g gram flour
1x teaspoon turmeric
1x teaspoon garam masala
1x teaspoon baking powder
1/2x teaspoon salt
100ml water
For the Coriander dip you will need:
1/2x onion
1x green chilli (optional)
1x teaspoon garlic paste
1/2x salt
1/2x bunch of mint
1x bunch of coriander
1x teaspoon cumin seeds
50ml water
This dip works great with fish or grilled meats.
