Piglet Chats…'Repton' No. 926 out on test run at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway

Piglet Chats...This time Piglet, Barney and Mike have 'Repton' in steam at the MPD to do some crucial running in, out on the line between Grosmont and Goathland. This is to ensure everything is running correctly, after some winter maintenance, and that the locomotive is fit for service.

We also pay a special tribute to Stuart Dennis, MPD fitter, who we sadly lost earlier this week. Stuart was a key member of staff at the MPD and will be missed by all.
