In this video I review a recent Paper published by Vladimir Milov, an Economist and former Russian Politician, reviewing the current state of the Russian Economy. The Report looks at both the fall in the value of Russia's National Wealth Fund, and specifically the Liquid Cash reserves, as welll as the increase in Russia's expenditure on the War in Ukraine and asks the question as to whether Russia's Reserves could RUN OUT.
