Egg whites - 6 pcs (190 g)
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 250 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Corn starch - 25 grams

Cream:
Cream cheese - 250 grams
Cream 33% (for whipping) - 100 grams
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.

Bake at 150°C (302~°F) 30 minutes
