Tiktok is iconic for so many reasons, the iconic creators it has highlighted, such as Charli Damelio, Dixie Damelio, the Corn kid, Topher, Taraswrld and Dylan Mulvaney. It has also bought attention to many interesting trends and scandals. Today I am covering the scandal of CAKEGATE 2023, which started as a cake business owner put up a tiktok describing their nightmare customer experience, they overlaid a clip of them making a cake with a voiceover describing how the customer complained about their prices and also put a bad review on their facebook. The clip of Kylie making her cake then caught the attention of many due to her although many years of experience her odd and unprofessional methods of cake decorating. The video did so well that the original customer 'from hell' made a response where it was seen how bad the cake in question was. This situation has resulted in back and forth from many dissing this ladys cake making skills , while she continues to make videos to defend herself.
