This video shows two continuous band sealers embossing and printing on pre-made stand-up doypack pouches.
The FR-900 model, shown running in it's horizontal set-up embosses up to 13 characters into the seal on one line whereas the FRD-1000 can print and emboss up to 36 characters over 2 lines into the seal.

These models have digital temperature controllers to set and stabilise the sealing temperatures. They have a range suitable for most film types and thicknesses. They also have built in cooling fans for thinner materials that might melt or warp at high sealing temperatures.
Fully Adjustable
=============
Both models can be setup to work horizontally or vertically depending on what suits you most.
Adjustable Height
===============
Both the conveyor and seal head are adjustable giving total flexibility bags and pouches of varying sizes.
Printing
=======
These models both have the ability to emboss characters into the pack seals, and the FRD-1000 also includes an ink coding system built in allowing for up to 36 characters to be embossed and printed within the seal area. It has adjustable ink temperature and variable print location control allowing for the print location to be moved horizontally along the seal.
