If you don't have access to your phone number or email address, you can use the "Recover your account with credentials" option.
To do this, you must provide your identifying information, such as your name, date of birth, and address.
If your Instagram account has been hacked, you can submit a hack report to Instagram.
To do this, follow the steps below:
