Meghalaya: VPP celebrates Lok Sabha poll victory in Shillong Lok Sabha seat

After registering a historic victory in Shillong, the Voice of the People Party is still celebrating its success. The Party organised a victory rally today to thank the people in the Shillong Parliamentary seat at Smit village. A large number of people gathered at Smit to extend their support for the newly elected Shillong MP. Ricky AJ Syngkon of the opposition Voice of the People’s Party defeated three times sitting MP Vincent H Pala of the Congress by a massive margin of over 3.7 lakh votes.
