Toro Timemaster Pulley Replacement

Replacing a guide / tensioning pulley part #131-4529 on a Toro Timemaster lawn mower. This repair takes about 15 minutes to complete and requires only a minimum amount of tools. When mine failed it made an awful noise when the blade was engaged, and was easily confirmed by removing the front black plastic belt cover. The part is about $16 and can found at some Toro parts dealers (only one of the two near me had the part in stock). The pully can also be found on Amazon (affiliate link):
