After more than three years we are revisiting Thailand and try to find out if it is still the same in the land of smiles. Covid has changed a lot in the world, that is for sure but many things are hopefully the same. We have arrived to Thailand by train from Malaysia where we have spent the last three months, it was kind of sad to be leaving but it is also very great to be in Thailand. Hat Yai is much frequented by Malaysian weekenders and this is a weekend. We are going for a little visit around the center of town and look at some markets, also we will try the first local Thai food in a while - let's see how spicy it really is.
