Medieval II: Total War mod install - Stainless Steel Historical Improvement Project

The Stainless Steel Historical Improvement Project is an ambitious, large-scale submod for the great Stainless Steel 6.4
Here is my quick and dirty install guide for this total war medieval 2 mod.
I used the Steam definative version ,I have no idea if this works on the old disk version. It's a pretty straight forward install.
