Today I offer a simple and delicious puff pastry dessert. With 1 apple and other simple ingredients, you can make a fragrant and delicious strudel, perfect for breakfast or tea.
Ingredients:
300 g puff pastry.
1 apple.
juice of half a lemon.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
4 tablespoons of apricot jam
15 g raisins.
30 g walnuts.
1 egg yolk.
some milk.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180℃.
