Space-Time Block Coding and Tx Beamforming in MIMO

In MIMO systems when we have more antennas than Spatial Streams (SS), there will be two ways to manage the situation.
Space Time Block Codes (STBC) is a form of diversity coding that are capable of distinguishing transmissions over multiple paths.
Transmit beamforming (Tx-BF) for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channels is an effective means to improve system performance by phase adjustment.
Tx will call beamformer and Rx beamformee.
