Mahmood Shalabi "M" (Arabic: محمود شلبي), born in Akka is a Palestinian actor and rapper. One of four members in MWR - Palestinian Hip Hop.

MWR began their professional life in 1999, when three good friends started writing the words in their own Rap songs in Arabic.
Then they took the first letter of each of their names and formed the band. Their songs talk about: conflicts and troubles they have in their lives and about Arabs living among Jews, everyday problems, war and peace, criminals, drugs, money, racism, and some joyful songs too.
