Ingredients and Measurements:
For the baked ricotta mixture:
32 oz container ricotta cheese (4 cups)
1 tsp. vanilla extract (use any flavoring of your choice)
3/4 cup sugar (depends on your preference)
For the milk mixture:
1 can evaporated milk (1.5 cups)- use more if you like a lot of liquid
1/3 cup sugar (use more or less depending on taste)
