Generally what we do with our money right after we graduate from university is a lot different from what we do when we are in university? Only reason, things or situations change with time, which include our income and savings. Our needs and goals and of course the time. As we all know, time is most important for the growth of our money.
First thing we need to know, what is wealth? Wealth is the sum of our savings and the future money we will make from working. So we use human capital to generate financial capital. So as we are young, we have little financial capital but tons of human capital. But as we grow older our human capital slowly converts into financial capital through savings and investments.
