This video shows how to replace the damping module in a Sachtler Ace tripod head. The job is very easy and you can do it, the parts only cost around $100 (June 2019)

I got the word "dampening" stuck in my head because the pan drag is controlled by a damping module, thank you for overlooking the blunder.
