Barberton Community up in arms over land claim lodged in 1996

The plight of the Lomshiyo Traditional Council to get their land back has hit snags after many attempts to lodge claims and taking the matter to court.  The Traditional Council is in charge of areas like Mat-sulu and part of Barberton where Lily mine is located.
