Battle of Midway | 80th Commemoration

Camp Lemonnier personnel and Japanese representatives in Djibouti jointly observed the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Midway in a ceremony, June 4, 2022, in Camp Lemonnier's 11 Degrees North social venue.

Following the ceremony, a Japanese taiko drum band from The Japan Self-Defense Force Base Djibouti performed two prayers.
