TACOS DE TRIPAS DE RES - COOKIN WITH SURFIN SAPO

I boiled and then fried 15 lbs of Cleaned TRIPAS until they become crispy. Then Cook some corn tortillas in the oil and grill them. I added some onions and cilantro along with Don Lupe's Habanero Salsa...This is easy and very rewarding!!! Give it a try someday!!!
