4 CSX Trains Meet At Same Time! Continuous Welded Rail Train CWR, unit steel roll train and 2 unit auto rack trains take turns passing this railroad interlocker known as KC Junction. Filmed 4-28-15 over a 2 hour period in Covington Ky at KC Jct. Loaded auto hauler L248 had to wait for 3 southbound trains before they could continue north to Cincinnati Ohio. A maintenance crew was just a quarter mile ahead and was controlling all movements on just one of the two tracks. I was in this area for 3 and a half hours and saw 7 trains. There are 3 different CSX routes that all come together at this location. The 3 trains that the loaded auto hauler had to wait for were: Empty auto hauler, steel train to Ashland Ky and an empty rail train. Thanks for watching!
