This is the best mango
This is the best mango pudding I found after failing more than 10 times. If you just follow the video, you can make soft and delicious mango pudding without fail.
Ingredients

1/3 cup cold water (80ml, 80g)
Gelatine powder, 1 table spoon (15ml, 10g)
250g mango puree
3/4 cup full cream evaporated milk (180ml, 180g)
Half a cup of sugar (120ml, 100g)
1/3 cup of hot water (80ml, 80g)
6 ice cubes (120g)
