In this video, I show how to make crispy deep fried pork ears. This is great for snacking with your favorite brew or with spicy Lao salads (tam mak houng, tam mak taeng, tam anything). Also, goes great with the pickled mustard greens I show in the last video (C/w Nana: Lao Pickled Mustard Greens ...).
