Doubles (Trinidad and Tobago) on Sandwiches of History⁣

Time to bust out the spice as we are headed to Trinidad and Tobago for Doubles on this International Sandwich Sunday. Not only is the curried chickpea filling highly seasoned, so too is the bread itself! So yeah, that means we’re making some bread today as well. But it is not bread that is baked.
