Nuclear Holocaust | A Prophecy of the Holy Qur'an | ITQA

ITQA is presenting a series of videos related to the Qur'anic Prophecies. This video is about the Nuclear Holocaust.

Since the inception of prophethood, God Almighty has enlightened His commissioned apostles with the revelation of His Divine will. But it is unfortunate that man has often rejected these inspired declarations and consequently, to his own detriment, denied the Signs which God proposed to show through the agency of His apostles.

A prophecy is defined as something that has been foretold regarding a future and upcoming event. In the religious world, a prophecy, quite distinct from an educated and wise guess, is considered the most authentic criterion and a vital proof for the truthfulness of a prophet. The Bible has also mentioned this test and claims that the prophecies mentioned in it shall be fulfilled indefinitely.

No one can ever imagine that an unlettered person living in a nomadic society of Arabia 1400 years ago as being able to predict such amazing scientific events, as mentioned hereunder, to happen. It is beyond the human capacity to foretell or even visualize such incredible incidents. The only conceivable source of these prophecies and predictions is purely divine.

Among the Qur'anic prophecies relating to events and inventions of our age, there are some which are of outstanding importance and great global significance.

One such prophecy relates to the impending danger of a nuclear holocaust (which is mentioned in Chapter 104, Surah Al-Humazah) in which the world would succumb to some form of energy trapped in outstretched columns and whose consequences would last for generations to come.

The world today presents a horrific scenario of crime, violence, killing, and a determined attempt to destroy the very pillars of social order which sustain peace, tolerance, harmony, and human dignity and now we are in the middle of a pandemic. Unfortunately, the world is dearly searching for ways to combat, control and check the raging storm to establish peace and justice, and so is moving faster than ever towards destruction, in other words towards a “Nuclear War”.
