Clare O’Neil ‘unfairly tangled up’ in Andrew Giles’ ‘screwups’

Sky News contributor Joe Hildebrand claims Clare O’Neil has been “unfairly tangled up” in Andrew Giles’ “screwups” as she loses the Home Affairs portfolio. Tony Burke will take on the Immigration and Home Affairs portfolios, with Mr Giles becoming the Minister for Skills and Training and Ms O’Neil becoming Minister for Housing and Minister for Homelessness. “She has been moved to housing which is very much a demotion because housing in the last Labor government wasn’t even in Cabinet,” Mr Hildebrand said.
