How to sync Outlook / Exchange contacts to iCloud on iPhone

I created this quick 4 minute video to share how I was able to get my Microsoft Exchange / Outlook contacts to actually sync to my iCloud.  Even though I had iOS set to sync all contacts to iCloud, it would never sync my Exchange contacts.  A lot of info out there on how to do it, but it all seemed more complicated than what I did here.  No downloading any additional apps is required as I saw in some other instructions.
