The benefits of yoga mudras in your hands are immense when it comes to your body, mind, emotions, energy and spirit, but how do they actually work? How does bending, crossing, extending, and touching your fingers with other fingers to form mudras engage and influence your body, mind, emotions, energy and spirit?
