The annual Hot Rod Drag Week is arguably the world's toughest event for road-going cars. To find out what it takes to survive and successfully compete at the Drag Week we travelled all the way to Conowingo, Maryland and met with Frank Saponaro.
Frank won the Super Street Big Block Power Adder class and collected the "Quickest Without a Trailer" trophy at the 2018 Hot Rod Drag Week.
His shed-built, 2000hp, 7-sec, twin turbo 1969 Nova wagon is a truly remarkable vehicle both in terms of the build quality and the amount of clever engineering employed to make it competitive at the Drag Week.
