Are Hammer Fists Effective?

The Pit Online Dojo... There are so many techniques That I have brought Over from my original style, KaJuKenBo... But if I have tested it, or I truly believe it is ineffective in a real-life combat situation, I will immediately Drop it from my curriculum... I want everything in my Hawaiian Kempo curriculum to be 100% usable and effective.
