How to eliminate stuttering and choppy playback in Kdenlive with this simple configuration

If you have choppy playback in Kdenlive it can be eliminated in many cases by simply enabling proxy clips in your project configuration. I'll show you in this video an example of choppy playback, and I'll show you how to enable proxy clips to prevent choppy playback and make your video playback smooth while editing in Kdenlive.

Kdenlive was practically unusable for me until I enabled proxy clips. Now playback in Kdenlive is as smooth as butter.
