500 g chicken/mutton/ 🐃 meat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
50 g chickpeas flour
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
coriander leaves
mint leaves
green chillies
butter/ ghee / oil
1/2 cup oil
3 onions
11/2 tbso ginger paste
11/2 tbsp garlic paste
11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
7-8 green chillies
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tomato 🍅
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 green cardamom
15-20 pepper corns
1 black cardamom
4-5 cloves
1 mace
1 tbsp ghee
Green Chutney:
1 handful coriander leaves
4-5 green chillies
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
4-5 cashews ( optional)
