Cheap fix for a dripping Delta Monitor shower faucet

This drippy faucet was driving my wife crazy!  I didn't bother to find out how much water it was wasting, but she says it was at least a gallon per day..  Those two little rubber gaskets cost us 7 dollars. The mixing valve is 80 bucks!  So for 7 bucks my wife has peace of mind!  Sorry I didn't do it sooner!  That was stupid of me!
