I recently got my hands on both the blimp and the boom recently, top-notch audio accessories from everyone's favorite Australian microphone company.
In this mini-review I test out the overall wind noise suppression, and handling-noise reduction that the blimp offers as well as new features in the updated carbon-fiber boom pole pro.
For the most part, both of these are great, the boom pole's only downer is it's lack of easy XLR threading through the pole. The blimp wasn't as sturdy as I thought it would be. Other than that, high recommends for these great filmmaking tools!
