How To Tune An End Fed Half Wave Antenna

Hey everyone! A lot of people asked me how do I tune an end fed half wave antenna wire. Well today I figured I would tune two of my antenna wires, one 26 AWG Polystealth and another 22 AWG Silicone for a family trip down to Virginia.

EFHW's are very simple to tune but make sure you fold or bend the wire before thinking of cutting the wire as once the wire is cut it is a pain to add wire.

As discussed in the video Carl M0SZT has a fantastic channel and in one of his videos he added a bit of wire on a short EFHW wire to temporarily solve his problem of being out of band.
