Hi Friends, today we learn how to make tasty mango pickle. If u like this dish please Share and Subscribe 🙏
Ingredients
Raw mango– 250 gm
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Pickle powder–1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds- 1teaspoon
Curry leaves
Method:-
1. Cut mangoes in cubic shape as shown in the video.
2.Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pickle powder, salt and mix well.
3.Heat a pan and add any vegetable oil.
4.Splitter mustard, fenugreek and add curry leaves.
4.Pour spluttered mix over mango and mix well. Let it cool for sometime.
5.Keep the pickle in a closed jar.
