The R18IDBL-0 is cordless brushless 18V impact driver from Ryobi. It's currently not available in North America ( 🇺🇸 / 🇨🇦 ), but can be purchased and imported from Amazon UK for around $200 CAD / $160 USD shipped at the time of this video.
