Smoked Salmon is one of the most popular recipes but we recently caught some Cobia and Flounder in Virginia Beach so we decided to Smoke Cobia and compare it to Smoked Salmon. Let's just say, I have a new favorite smoked fish recipe with an amazing Smoked Salmon Glaze you can use for any fish.

Spanish mackerel
King Mackerel
Bluefish
Trout
- pretty much any fish with smooth oily skin works great
We will certainly be doing much more catch and cooks smoking fish!
