Shekhar Gupta in "Justice P Sathasivam, who gave bail to Amit Shah in one of the cases in Gujarat." It should have been : "Justice P Sathasivam, who gave "strictly conditional" bail to Amit Shah in one of the cases against him in Gujarat..."
The error is regretted.
Ranjan Gogoi has decided to accept his nomination to Rajya Sabha. He is not the first SC to be in Rajya Sabha, and he isn't the first one to do a post-retirement job.
