flour 650-680 g
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp
vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
boiling water 250 ml
water (40 degrees) 200 ml
raw yeast 25 g (or 10 g dry)
Filling for cabbage pies:
cabbage - 500 g
carrots - 1 pc
onion 1 pc
tomato sauce 2 tbsp
salt, pepper to taste
vegetable oil for frying
