Methi Thepla is a Gujarati (Indian) cuisine and is typically enjoyed as a breakfast or even lunch. It is a delicious flat bread made with wholewheat flour, gramflour, fresh fenugreek leaves with various other ingredients kneaded into a dough and flattened and roasted on flat pan/ tawa.
Easy to carry for long trips makes for a wholesome meal

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour - 4 Cups
Fresh Fenugreek Leaves/ Methi Leaves - 2 Cups
Gramflour/ Besan - Half Cup
White Sesame Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Carom Seeds - 1 Tsp
Green Chillies Chopped - 3
Ginger Crushed - 1 Tbsp
Garlic Crushed - 10 cloves
Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - Half Tsp
Asafoetida/ Hing - 1/4Th Tsp
Salt to taste
Curd - 4 Tbsp
Oil - 3 Tbsp + 2 Tbsp
Water to knead
Whole wheat flour for dusting and rolling
*Clarified Butter/ Ghee to apply on prepared theplas
