Nityanand Rai said during the proceedings of Rajya Sabha that the government will not allow the plans of terrorists to succeed. Terrorists operating in Jammu and Kashmir will either go to jail or be sent to hell. Modi government will not tolerate terrorism at all. Rai told the House that between 2004 and 2014, 2,829 civilians and security personnel had lost their lives. But since 2014 this number has reduced by 67 percent.
