One of the best mobility and stability workouts out there ✌️
Do you make time for your active recovery days?
I broke my neck years back so I have to be really careful with my shoulders and upper body as they have a tendency to get stiff.
This workout was fabulous! There were a few creaks and pops and I feel so much better for having done it. Always make time for active recovery. Sore muscles and sore joints need movement. 💃
