Gmail team changed some settings of gmail account, so now App password option is can find using search feature and need to delete 3 space from app password.
1.gmail account create
2. 2 step verification on
3 generate App password, delete 3 spece.
4. add gmail informations to Ricoh Device.
5. Add user email address in address book.
6.Try to scan.
