An easy step by step instructional video to learn the fine art of Retro-Pupillary Implantation of an Iris Claw Lens to correct Aphakia in the absence of Posterior Capsular support. This is a quick and elegant way to correct Aphakia as compared to Scleral Fixated lenses. This technique is minimally invasive and safe for patients in which capsular support is not available . Traditionally the Iris Claw Lens is implanted on the anterior surface of the iris . This technique lets us implant the same Iris Claw (Artisan ) lens at the back of the iris thereby avoiding the anterior chamber space totally.
