15-Minute Abs & Booty Blaster: Sweet Sweat Real-Time Workout
Equipment Needed: 1 looped band

WARM-UP
Perform each move for about 30 seconds. Each move is performed with a band:

Banded Squats
Lateral Lunges
Good Mornings
Inchworm + Butt Lift
Hip Bridges

WORKOUT
Perform each exercise for 1 minute, with a 15-second rest/transition:

Band Side Steps
Mountain Climbers
Single Leg Hip Bridge - Right
Single Leg Hip Bridge - Left
Side Plank Abductor Lifts - Right
Side Plank Abductor Lifts - Left
Donkey Kicks - Right
Donkey Kicks - Left
Low Plank Side To Side Taps
Banded Bicycle Crunches
