TODAY'S RECIPE IS I Added Egg To Semolina And Make This Delicious Cake | One Egg Suji Cake in Fry Pan | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Suji/semolina 1/2 cup
One egg
Oil 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Milk 1/3 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Blend until smooth
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
20cm non stick pan
Brush oil
Place baking paper
Chocolate chips
Cover the lid hole
Place a heavy bottom pan on stove
Place a stand
Heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the fry pan
Cook it on medium low flame for 25-35 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 25-35 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
