Pound cake from McFadgen Bakery in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada (not sponsored, just love the cake).

* Project notes*
-The caramel will soften a bit after a couple of days because of the moisture in the cake and may start to "flow" off the drumsticks and wings.  You can easily make this a day ahead of time, but not much more than that.
- I would put some frosting between the cupcake/cake and the coconut to make it better to eat.  I didn't in the video because I was too lazy to make frosting or go to the store to buy to some :)

For this project I used:

2- 1 lb pound cakes (1 for chicken breast and one for the drumsticks and wings).
About 45 or so caramels ( 20 for chicken main body, 6 for each drumstick and another 3 for each wing).
One breadstick (you can use a large pretzel stick too)
Large flake coconut (about 3/4 cup)
Sugar babies or similar bean shaped candy (like dark red jelly beans) About 25-30 of them.
butterscotch pudding
food colour
Tart pans
Rotisserie/Deli chicken container.
pastry brush
Pure alcohol or vodka for thinning of the food colour

I LOVE comments and I read each and every one of them.

I try very hard to answer questions when I can, but there is an excellent chance your question has been answered in the description box or in the comments, so please take a look.

My favourite channel here on YouTube is CookingAndCrafting. Beth lives in Hawaii and makes great meals, desserts and crafts.  We met here on YouTube by commenting on each others videos and have since met each other several times in "real life".  She is a lovely person and a great friend.  Please check her out :) http://bit.ly/1TClroH
