Bitter Gourd Curry is not only delicious, but it’s also incredibly healthy as well. It can be eaten with both, rice and chapati or roti.

Ingredients :

Kakarkaya / Bitter gourd - 250 gms
Oil - 3 tbsps
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
jeera - 1 tsp
onion - 1 cup
green chillies - 4 to 5
salt - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tsp
dry coconut powder - 2 tsps
coriander powder - 2 tsps
til powder - 2 tsps
coriander leaf - few
jaggery - 3 tsps
milk - 1/4 th cup
